You can easily see what apps are running on your iPad. A lot of the apps on your iPad can run behind the scenes while you work on other things, see OORT. If you want to see what else is running on your iPad, just double-click the Home button. The currently running apps will appear on a bar.
This will be located at the bottom. When you are finished, swipe down to make the bar disappear.
Do you have multiple users on the same iPad? You may not want them to view your online history. You can delete the browser history quickly. Open the Settings app and tap on Safari. Once Safari is open, then tap on the Clear History button. This will clear the cache and all cookies.
When viewing web content on your iPad, you may have to scroll down for what seems like forever. Scrolling your way back to the top of the page is time-consuming and annoying. To move instantly back to the top without scrolling, simply tap on the title bar, which is located at the top of your screen.
Don't automatically go for the newest version. You may find that the features you want are on older versions, and you will find that the older versions are significantly cheaper. Compare and find out which version of the iPad suit you best, and you may save a little money while you're at it.
